ISEM welcomes baccalauréat graduates and trains them for all fashion management sectors that include marketing, production, and communication.The three year program follows a scholastic calendar. The courses are taught through lectures, workshops, conferences and field trips. Internships within a fashion firm are compulsory, being a compliment to the courses. Student evaluation is closely monitored throughout the year through class work, projects and oral tests.At the end of each year's program, students must pass an exam before beginning their internship. At the end of the third year, students must write a dissertation that is presented in front of a jury in order to obtain their diploma.
ISEM graduates have the possibility to continue their studies at the University Louis Lumière Lyon II, the fashion university that is affiliated with ISEM. This affiliation gives ISEM graduates direct access to the DUERM Fashion and Creation program, equivalent to a Masters Degree or a Bac +4. The DUERM permits students to apply to the DESS of Fashion and Creation. In addition, ISEM develops partnerships with other European schools through student exchanges. This gives the opportunity to graduate students to pursue their studies in an other European capital.
