On Monday 27 June took place the fashion show of collections of the ESMOD Fashion Design Paris 2022 class
On June 27, ESMOD Paris unrolled the red thread of creativity and emotion during a show dedicated to its 2022 class. The creations of the 10 3rd year specializations were unveiled along a catwalk that enchanted our Pantin campus.
Our students’ collections were shown to the rhythm of improvisations by the gifted pianist Karol Beffa, who performed live and exclusively for ESMOD Paris. A multiplicity of universes, origins, messages, dreams… the Esmodians 2022 class were honored during this event open to their parents, friends, but also to fashion professionals who came discover the creativity of our talented students.
The fashion show ended with the presentation of prizes from our partners and the graduation of each specialization.

Karol Beffa, pianist
A talented improviser, Karol Beffa has long accompanied readings and muted films. He has already performed with Daniel Pennac, Toni Morrison, Anne Consigny, Michael Lonsdale, Nicolas Vaude, Daniel Mesguich, Raphaël Enthoven, Pierre Jourde, Thibault de Montalembert, Charles Berling, les livreurs lecteurs sonores… He has played and recorded with jazz musicians: Barre Phillips, Baptiste Herbin, Raphaël Imbert and Vincent Lê Quang. In December 2014, he was the first pianist in the world to have accompanied the entirety (a performance of more than six hours) of the restored version of Henri Fescourt’s Les Misérables 9. In November 2019, he is also the first pianist in the world to improvise in a film-concert at the Seine musicale.

ESMOD Patrimoine takes advantage of the event to show you some of the pieces of its collection!
On the program, three showcases on three different themes:
- A historical showcase, which briefly illustrates the history of fashion from 1805 to 1995
- A designer showcase, which honors the great names of fashion such as Franck Sorbier, Thierry Mugler, Anne-Marie Beretta or Guy Paulin
- A children’s showcase, to discover the children’s collection of Elise Duhamel, ESMOD Paris 2022 student, compared with historical pieces
